Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes we do offer gift wrapping for both the holidays and birthdays. If you ever want us to gift wrap your item, simply select it at check out and shoot us a message to let us know if it's a holiday or birthday present and we can choose the wrapping paper to match.

Sizing details

Most miniatures in the shop are 28mm scale. This means that they are based on a Human model that is 28mm from bottom of base to his or her eyes.

Some models might be slightly larger or smaller and will usually state as much in the listing description (such as the werewolf set being slightly larger)

We can resize anything upon request.

Wholesale availability

If you wish to make a large purchase then simply reach out to us and let us know how large and we may be able to create a custom order for you giving you a heavy discount based on the quantity ordered.

Keep in mind any order over $35 gets you free shipping including large wholesale orders.

Care instructions

Most models are either Resin or PLA (plastic) 3d printed. While we strive to use the strongest material out there, they are still prone to breaking if handled too roughly.

Most should survive shipping (fingers crossed) and a normal drop/fall from a table to a carpet.

Dropping onto cement or wood/tile might snap tiny parts but with the new abs resin and pla plus they may just survive.

However throwing or other rough handling is not advised. We are not responsible for mishandling.

If models get damaged in shipping, we will replace or refund them however.
