Great seller. She has wonderful communication, and I love the items I receive from her. I will continue to purchase from her as long as she is selling.

Trish's Treasures

My first hand-sewn creations were for Barbie dolls. Once I got my hands on a sewing machine at the age of eight it was all over from there- that was my new best friend! I eventually moved onto creating dolls of my own (but that is a whole other Etsy shop in itself!) :-)

Hello there! A little about me? Well, I am a completely self-taught creative soul. I strive to learn new ways of doing things. The thing I love most about handmade items is the one-of-a-kind factor and the passion behind them. :-)

Hello and thank you so much for your interest! My name, as you probably guessed, is Trish. :-)

Just about every moment of my personal free time is spent "creating," which I have to add is not much time being a busy mother and wife! I have a rich family history of artists in my blood, and I am constantly discovering new inspiration for my art pieces. This shop is dedicated to my doll clothes and other doll items.

Most of my items involve sewing- from dolls to dresses and everything in between. I am self-taught and constantly picking up new ways to do things and improve my craft. I have been sewing since I was seven. When I was just eight years old a family member surprised me with an old sewing machine and I have been designing clothes, dresses, dolls and more ever since I touched that magical machine!

I strive to take clear pictures to show exactly what the items for sale look like and keep my descriptions clear and detailed. If you have any questions please feel free to ask :-)

I accept some credit cards, PayPal, and money orders only.

Prompt payment is expected.

Please inform me if payment needs to be delayed, or if you'd like me to set up a "lay-a-way" payment plan.
I can break up the payment due into smaller payments you can make at your convenience. I will list the item as reserved and add the number of payments agreed upon and will ship your order out as soon as the last payment is complete. Please understand that to do the "lay-a-way" plan I charge $0.20 (20 cents) per extra payment to cover the added Etsy fees.
(Example: if an item is $30.00 and a lay-a-way with three payments is requested I will change the item title to "reserved" and change the payment set up to three payments of $10.20- it will say "3 available" under how many "items" available. The three payments will be $10.00 plus the $0.20 fee.)

If the item cannot be paid for any reason or you would like top cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible.
Any item not paid for within three days of a designated and promised "pay date" will be understandably re-listed unless I have been contacted.

As always, if you have any questions regarding my payment policy please contact me.

Thanks for visiting!
My items are sent via the USPS (United States Postal Service.) Items are usually shipped with Parcel Post or Flat-Rate Priority Mail.

My shipping costs will be clearly stated in all of my listings.

Items will be shipped within seven days of cleared payment, usually earlier.
Larger items/orders and all international orders have to be shipped off at the post office and are shipped out once a week.

If you need the item fast or by a specific date then another shipping method (such as overnight mail) will have to be used. The requested shipping change will have to be communicated to me, agreed upon, and paid for (purchased by you) prior to shipping of the item. Please send any and all shipping requests BEFORE you pay for the item so we can be sure we both agree on the method and cost.

I am not to be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items after the package has been shipped and is out of my hands. Shipping insurance is available (see below.)

is available at cost to you (the buyer) through the USPS. I do NOT include the insurance price in my shipping costs (it will cost extra.)
If insurance is desired I must be notified before payment is made so I can send the right amount on your bill. (Most items are insured for around $2.00.) Please understand that I will not insure a package unless you have requested and paid for the insurance.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged. I do like to reuse shipping materials and boxes if available to me to do my part in helping our environment. :-)
Refunds and Exchanges
As any shop owner would appreciate- notification of any issue is expected prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. This way I can be made aware of, and able to work to resolve the issue at hand.

Refunds will be given on certain items on a case-by-case basis, and the original must be sent back.
Additional policies and FAQs
I hope you enjoyed visiting my shop! If you have any questions, comments, or requests please contact me. I will accept custom orders at my discretion depending on my schedule and the nature of the request.

Thank you,
