Returns and exchanges
I have a NO return policy. All sales are final...no exceptions. I will however work with you in the event you are dissatisfied or I make a noteworthy mistake. I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchases.
Payment
Shipping
We usually ship items within 1 business day after payment unless otherwise stated. We use recycled material to pack the items unless we don't have one that is on hand.
Broken or Lost Items...
If you have purchased an item and We have packaged and shipped it out, your item is now in the hands of the carrier.
****If your item is LOST or BROKEN in transit, this is the FAULT of the carrier****
FURNITURE SHIPPING!
Customer may arrange their own shipping! Shipping rate on item is what we charge if we arrange shipping. Please convo us for shipping preferences before final payment. We will ship the safest and reliable shipping available. Items will be personally wrapped by me. However, once it is with the shipper, they are responsible for the item then.
Please file a claim with the postal service and have your refund sent directly to you. NOTE: The post office does NOT reimburse for shipping costs....only ITEM costs. If you cannot file a claim for some reason, we will do it for you. However, the whole process usually takes up to 3-4 weeks and we don't reimburse anyone before the post office approves and reimburses us.
We try and ship items by priority mail even if it's a little more expensive. This is however, NOT a steadfast rule. We do this primarily because It's faster, less moving around and the postal service insures these packages up to $100.00
If pieces are extremely large and cannot ship by USPS, then I will more than likely use Fed Ex . I like their service and it's reasonably priced. I include insurance in the shipping cost for items over $100.00. If there is damage,please save everything as it may be needed for claim purposes.
I only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

We sell mostly vintage items. There will be imperfections and wear on the pieces. We will disclose major structural issues through pics. Please request more pics if necessary
PAINTED FURNITURE
For painted furniture, brush strokes may show and we don't sand it as it actually adds character to our pieces. Colors online may be lighter or darker than actual. We use chalk paint and seal it with wax or clear polyurethane. If sealed with wax, keep in mind that it takes up 28-30 days to cure so please take care not to over use it.
For custom orders, please message me your preferences. Custom orders shipment time will dependent on item and quantity of order.
