At this point in time, no custom or personalized orders are created. I, however, enjoy recommendations from my customers on this topic, to see what the consumers want in terms of themes and styles. Feel free to message me.

Occasionally, I use different kinds of formats in my printables and digital products.

However, most products will be in PDF format, unless otherwise stated.

Because I sell digital products, I do not accept returns on items as it may have been duplicated or printed at any point and would be unethical.

I also do not refund customers after a purchase was made and the file has already been downloaded.

If you are unsatisfied with any of my digital products, please contact me on Etsy, so that we can find a solution together!

You will notice my PDF's are all A4, which is an International size for printable products.

However, if you need a different size, or don't know how to size your items for printing, please send me a message.

Note that most items can be resized to your liking in your printer's settings.

When printing your items, make sure you use high quality paper and ink to avoid getting poor results.

As most computer screens and printers differ, and their settings are different, I cannot be held liable for different display and print results.

If you want the highest quality possible, consult your local print shop.

Digital items are difficult to manage when it comes to commercial licensing of products.

My items are all copyrighted and are allowed to be used for personal purposes only. (*Teacher printables and Christian printables can be used in classrooms, churches and for educational purposes)

If you wish to use one of my printables commercially (i.e. print out booklets to resell or to give as gifts, for example) please contact me.

Please make sure to read product descriptions very carefully before purchasing a product.
