Frequently asked questions

Custom Orders and other general information

Custom orders are great! If you have an idea for something not available in the store, or if you want a variation of something in the store, let me know.

Here’s how the process generally works for custom orders:

Based on our conversation I’ll come up with a drawing. Once we agree on the basic concept, I’ll give you an estimate of the cost for my time and materials. If you’re ok with the cost, I'll create a custom product in Etsy and then notify you of it's availability. You'll pay for the item as per a standard Etsy transaction and I'll get started on the order as per our agreed timeline provided in the listing.
