Frequently asked questions
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Only domestic orders are tracked. All other orders are sent VIA Standard Shipping;therefor, they do not come tracked.
However, you can request to upgrade your shipping. Also, tracked can be pricey for international orders!
Care instructions
Our Jewelry is made with pure Silver. Pure Silver tends to tarnish sometimes but, it is nothing a polish can not fix.
I have not received my package yet.
Delay in shipments are a factor one needs to take into consideration. Packages that go untracked are sometimes delayed for unknown reasons.
Count the delivery time from the day it was shipped NOT INCLUDING weekends. Normal estimated delivery window is 7-14 business days for USA and Canada orders.
If a delay occurs with US orders, they can take up to 30 business days from the day it was shipped. If you still have not received your package after 30 business days, please contact us!
Orders outside of Canada and USA can take up to 45 days if a delay occurs.
