Payment
We currently accept PayPal and credit cards through Etsy. Prompt payment is appreciated. We will send a PayPal invoice if payment isn't immediately received. If the PayPal invoice is unpaid after four days, we'll cancel the sale and re-list the item. Cancellations by the buyer cannot be honored after the item is shipped. Orders cannot be shipped if the customer's registered Etsy address doesn't match the PayPal address. PayPal rejects international payments via PayPal accounts in which the credit card billing address differs from the registered user address. Should this occur, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve this issue in a timely manner. PayPal accounts should be labeled "confirmed" AND "verified" before payment is submitted. Without these labels, domestic orders often (and international orders always) result in significant shipping delays. It is the customer's responsibility to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
Shipping
*All items are shipped within three days of payment.
*We generally use the USPS and pack with care. All items are packed carefully for the best chance at a safe arrival. We will often use Priority Mail (2-3 day service), but small and/or inexpensive items will beshipped First Class in a padded mailer. Likewise, very large items will also be shipped with slower USPS service (e.g. Parcel Post) due to the high cost of shipping bulky and/or heavy items via Priority.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping price is based on our best estimate of what it would cost to ship this item from the East Coast (Boston area) to the West Coast. It also includes the insurance on the item. Should the cost be less, we will gladly refund the overage. Please convo us for shipping costs outside of the continental US.


For shipping outside of the continental U.S., please convo us for a cost estimate. Shipping costs quoted with each item assume coast-tocoast shipping. Any overestimate of more than $1 will be refunded.


*We do not attempt to profit from shipping costs, but occasionally costs are over- or under-estimated. We will reimburse over-estimated shipping costs of more than $1.
*Bundled shipping discounts are available for multiple-item orders.
*To protect both buyer and seller, we insure everything we ship except for fabrics. The insurance fee is included in our shipping cost.
*Items are shipped to address provided on PAYPAL. Make sure your Paypal address matches your Etsy Ship-To address otherwise you may not receive your package!
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt and explain the problem. Together, we will arrive at a mutually-agreeable resolution.
