5 out of 5 starsEven though the first package I received was not only the wrong items but they arrived in pieces, I immediately contacted the seller and I was very pleased that I received a prompt response, and the proper vases were sent. Unfortunately, one of the vases from the corrected order was broken when I got them, I contacted the seller again and he/ her kindly reimbursed my order and allow me to keep the other vase. Excellent costumer service. My only complaint was the wrapping.

2 out of 5 starsI really liked it but it has re spots and cracked, and then there is spots that have like splinters and almost raw. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to talk about returning it. Gosh I hate to do that it was For a very important friend. What to do? I do have more pics.
