You are welcome to exchange items if you are not fully satisfied with your original order. Buyer pays to ship the original product back. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of original shipment.

Damages and Losses:
I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. I am not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment. This applies to both domestic and international orders. However, if there are problems, contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to work with you to solve the problem. All shipping issues/inquiries must be received within 7 days of shipment.
