Tadpole's and Tutu's Boutique

Welcome to Tadpole's and Tutu's Boutique!!!

We offer a variety of children's monogrammed and applique items, adult monogram items and monogrammed home goods!

We take alot of pride in our work! Ever item is put onto a commercial embroidery machine and stitched to perfection paying very close attention to detail. If we feel the item is not up to our standards we restitch until we have it correct!

Tadpole's and Tutu's began back in August of 2011, during this time my family experienced several tragic moments. I had been doing monograms and appliques since my 1st child was born in 2007 for friends and family but, decide it was time to expand a little. I had also just quit my full time job to be a stay at home mom with my precious 3 children. With only a single needle machine in hand the journey began! Through LOTS of prayer and continued prayers Tadpole's and Tutu's has become a amazing in home business!

I look at every item that goes on my machine (especially the ones for big announcements, weddings, baby dedications etc) and feel completely blessed and delighted to know that Tadpole's and Tutu's will be apart of that customers wonderful joy! That is a amazing blessing!

We hope you will find everything you are looking for in our shop, but if not please feel free to contact us and we will be more then happy to work with you to create a one of a kind custom piece!

Turnaround Times

Holiday Schedule

(Holiday Schedule):
We will be closed during these times. No emails or orders will be answered are processed. During this time it my push back out turnaround times!

DEC 20TH- JAN 8TH.. We will be closed. During this time we will not answer messages, emails or send any refunds. Any orders placed after 12/9 will not start shipping until we return from Christmas break on Jan 5th, NO EXCEPTIONS!! We will also not refund any money after this date due to not reading company policies!! Please please make note of this! This takes priority over our original refund policy until Jan 5th! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!

Shipping

I ship all packing through the USPS. If you would like it shipped through another company please let me know because there may be additional charges!

I ship all packing through the USPS, 1st class unless the package is more then 13 oz.. If you would like it shipped through another company, or upgrade shipping rate please let me know (there may be additional charges).

Please understand I cannot be held responsible for a package once it has left for shipping, you may purchase insurance at a additional charge.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CHRISTMAS ITEMS PURCHASED AFTER 12/9!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All sales are final !!!
No refunds or exchanges due to the customization of the embroidery. If we have made an error in your item, please message us within 72 hours and we will work with you to correct!

If we are at fault for the error on the item and we cannot replace the mistake with a corrected piece, we will email you a return label for you to print and ship the item back to us. Label we print and email must be scanned in within (1) week from the date on the printed label through the post office and showing item in transit back to us for you to be able to receive the refund. If policy is is not adhered to that will forfeit your refund!

What are your hours ?

The Etsy store remains open all hours for convenience of ordering but, we will not respond to messages most times after 5:00 pm CST time. Please allow for a 24-48 hour email response except on weekends. Weekend emails will be responded to promptly on Monday.

Do you accept Custom Orders ?

We most definitely do! Please sent us a Etsy conversation, or email us at (Tadpolesandtutus.orders@gmail.com) and we will work with you to create the item you desire!

Care instructions

We recommend our garments are hand washed and are laid flat to dry. If needed please press inside out with a cool iron.

Cancellations

Note: Any orders placed after 12/9 will not start shipping until we return from Christmas break on Jan 5th, no exceptions!! We will also not refund any money after this date!! This takes priority over our original refund polic

Again, all sales are final!!

Cancellation Policy: Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after your purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 48 hours following the purchase of the item.

If supplies have already been purchased for your item and you decide to cancel after the 48 hour period, items will be subject to a $15 restocking fee (provided the order has not been completed). If the item/order has started processing, no cancellation will be allowed at this point.

Incorrect item sent to me!

If we have made an error in your item and are at fault for the error, please message us within 72 hours and we will work with you to correct the item! After the 72 hr period if we are not notified, no refunds or exchanges will be processed!!
