For standard designs, one free proof is provided upon request (just let us know in the personalization box.)

Additional proofs/minimal changes are $3 each.

For custom designs, the proof terms are discussed before purchase.

Our policy is to ship to the address indicated in your etsy order. You may edit the ship to address upon making your purchase.

We only provide the tags. Every order may have different ribbon or string requirements.

The current processing times (how long until we ship) are available in the product listings and checkout.

For rush processing, please contact us so we can provide you with some options.

Most sticker orders under 4 sheets ship via first class letter with no tracking number to save on shipping costs. If your stickers don't arrive in a timely manner, please contact us!

Shipping upgrades are available on the checkout page. This does not affect processing times.

We try out best to get out all our shipments on time however we have no control over the Post Office or Third Party Shippers.

USPS does not guarantee when Priority Mail will arrive.

USPS Priority EXPRESS is the better option but we have had issues with this on occasion.

The most reliable option for us has been FedEx.

Should an issue arise with your order, we will try our best to work with the shipper to remedy the situation.

Items with ink and paper choices and/or custom text are considered custom orders as they are made to the customer's order specifications. Other custom items also include custom designs, items with custom text, and other products that require being made to order to fit the options the customer selected.

In line with the new law we'd like to remind all EU members that we only keep your personal data for the length of time as is necessary for processing of orders and for our own tax records.
