Custom Shapes: Yes, we will gladly work with you on custom shape requests, however, we will not recreate copyright or trademarked logos/designs. Contact us with your custom shape idea to get things started. Please be detailed with your request and if possible send a picture. We will work with you one on one to turn your vision into reality!

Personalized Orders: Yes, we can add your pets personalization info to your tag, or your custom message to your keychain. Please give us your detailed personalization info in the 'notes to seller' section of checkout, so it will appear on your invoice. Contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding personalization, we are here to help!

Sizes can be found in the item description of each product. MOST pet ID tags are sized for a medium dog unless otherwise mentioned (some are 'petite' size).

We can alter sizes to your needs (smaller and larger), but please contact us prior to purchase just to make sure your requested info will fit (and an additional fee MAY apply to larger sizes).

Check the split ring weekly for signs of wear and replace as needed so your wonderful TagsForTails keychain or Pet ID Tag is not lost!

Each tag or keychain will gain a natural patina over time. This is normal and will vary depending on atmospheric conditions in your area. We love the warm brown (copper) and golden brown (gold tone- brass) patina these metals will gain over time. IF you would like a tag that does not patina, choose 'silver tone' at checkout.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping options to keep costs down.

Most orders are shipped in a 4x6" bubble mailer with business card and printed invoice. We can leave the invoice out if your order will be shipped as a gift, but please let us know in the 'notes to seller' section of checkout, so the instructions will appear on your invoice.

Orders which are shipped Priority Mail (USA Domestic orders over $75 and USA Domestic Sterling/Gold Filled orders over $50) are shipped in a small Flat Rate box with recycled packaging.

Orders will ship approximately 28 days from date of purchase. Rush orders are not available.

If you did not give us your custom personalization information in the 'notes to tagsfortails' section of checkout, please contact us on Etsy ASAP with your request (email is checked very infrequently, use Etsy Conversations). SHIPPING DELAYS can and will occur if we do not know what to add to your custom item (or if we have a question about your personalization request given).
