Taisteal's Shop Policies
Welcome to Taisteal Jewelry. I hope you will have fun looking around and perhaps you will see something special you would like call your own.

I accept payment through PayPal, Direct Checkout (using a credit card thru Etsy), and by check or money order. With check or money orders I will usually ship within 2 days of the check clearing or receipt of the money order.
If for some reason shipping will be delayed I will contact you via e-mail.
CREDIT and DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS:
You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the Pay Now button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Or, if you prefer to checkout without using PayPal you can use Etsy's Direct Checkout option when purchasing.
Shipping within the United States will be sent USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-3 business days.
Shipping to anywhere other than the United States will be sent USPS Priority International and will take approximately 6-10 business days.
Taisteal will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive due to mail theft, international customs holds, or any other unforeseen delivery issues.
That being said I want you to receive your hand crafted item in perfect condition and in a timely matter so I will place a delivery confirmation on your package. If this is of concern to you, please contact me and I would be happy to get you rates for insurance and / or upgraded shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted for refund if you contact me and ship the return within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns within 7 days may be for any reason. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an item arrives damaged you may contact me and ship the return within 7 days for repair or refund at no cost to you. In this case I will reimburse for shipping costs, and will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired item back to you.
After 7 days returns will not be accepted. However, if your piece becomes damaged or broken through wear please contact me; I will be happy to repair it if possible at a reduced service fee.
