Additional policies and FAQs
The characteristics of the wood will continue to evolve, even after it has arrived at your destination. Minor checking and cracking will add character to any of the pieces that are listed in our shop.

We recommend placing your newly purchased item onto a barrier between the furniture and the floor, as the wood may release moisture depending on temperature and humidity levels in your environment. The wood will eventually acclimatize to its new environment.
