About TalAvishaiJewelry
Tal Avishai Jewelry is a brand dedicated to creating fresh and unconventional designs for the modern woman. Tal’s collections are inspired by the work of Surrealist artists as well as organic forms drawn from botanical motifs she abstracts. Each piece is sawed individually and soldered by hand in order to achieve the hand crafted quality she applies to her work. Tal primarily works in brass metal which she manipulates through techniques like hammering and texturing sheet metal, and shaping wire to create unique motifs. Each piece is designed and created by Tal from fabrication to the final piece.
Tal is a graduate of North Carolina State University's Art and Design program with a concentration in Fibers. During her time at NC State she studied the craft of silver smithing in Florence, Italy in 2016.
