About

Encouraging and Equipping Women In Their Daily Lives

I long for women to know how unique and special they are. But, as women, we are often our harshest critics. And the struggle to balance a family with a career only adds another layer of complexity to it. With my products, I want to provide women with the tools to gain perspective in their life so that they can enjoy it more. By showing how I'm using organizational planners and charts, I hope to encourage women to take the time to set up a system for their home. I've found in my life that having a system in place for how I handle things has eased the burden of always flying by the seat of my pants and my hope is that others will feel the same way. I'd love to hear from you, so email me at hello [!at] talesofapeanut.com!

Tales of a Peanut has office hours of M-F 8:30 - 4:30. If you contact TOAP at a time other than during office hours your conversation will be returned as soon as the office reopens.

All custom products are customized by Jennifer so time to receive your proof will be 1-2 business days. After you approve your proof, the typical time to shipment is 7-10 business days unless it is noted on the item listing. If you need an item in hands sooner than that you must contact us before placing your order to add any rush fees that are required.

All digital products are instant downloads. You will receive a non-editable PDF unless otherwise noted in the listing. To open this file, you will need to use a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free on their website (https://get.adobe.com/reader/). Digital products are for personal use only and files may not be redistributed, altered, copied, modified, or given in any way other than in printed form as a gift to someone else. Tales of a Peanut holds the copyright of all files, designs, and text and it is not transferable.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Payment is accepted via all major credit cards through direct checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase before a proof will be created. No samples or new designs will be created without first receiving payment.

Printed orders may not be canceled after a proof has been approved as orders are most likely already printing.

Sales tax will be charged for purchases being sent within the state of Alabama.
Shipping
Tales of a Peanut ships every Tuesday and Friday through the United States Postal Service. Products will ship via First Class Mail unless otherwise noted in the listing or unless the weight of the product requires Priority Mail shipping.

Expedited shipping is not available without prior conversation with Tales of a Peanut.

Tales of a Peanut is not responsible for any customs or tariff fees that are incurred when shipping outside of the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tales of a Peanut strives to have every customer walk away from their purchase with 100% satisfaction. However, we acknowledge that there will occasionally be circumstances out of our control that could lead to a less than satisfactory experience.

If an order is damaged during shipment, Tales of a Peanut will replace the item after photos showing the damage are provided.

If an order is lost during shipment, Tales of a Peanut will work with the USPS to determine where the error occurred and do everything possible to find or replace the order.

If a mistake is made on a custom, printed order, and the proof was approved prior to printing, then reprints can be made at a slightly reduced rate. Changes to design, colors, etc made that this time will incur full pricing as that is not considered to be a typo. Mistakes of this sort include typo's, incorrect dates, incorrect names, etc. Customers agree when they send proof approval via Etsy conversation that all text in the product is correct and the product copy contains not typo's or defects. Because of this we urge you to double check your proof and have someone else look it over, because Tales of a Peanut is not responsible for these kinds of mistakes.

Proofs will be sent via Etsy conversation within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. If a proof has not been approved within 72 hours of the proof being sent, the product will be sent to print and the customer will assume all risks of errors in the copy.

Because colors on screen and colors in print can vary greatly, Tales of a Peanut will not refund printed items that might not be the exact shade of color that you were looking for. We encourage you to be very specific about what you are looking for in regards to the colors of your piece so that we can accommodate as much as possible. But please know that your printed piece might not be an exact match to what you saw on your computer or phone due to the difference in digital and printed colors.
