5 out of 5 starsHouseOfHendrix was absolutely phenomenal, we ordered a black coat cape for a wedding and needed it asap and she went out of her way to help us out; not only was her service outstanding, but the coat was just as described online, right down to the suggested size of wearer. Best etsy shop owner we've worked with to date, highly recommend.

1 out of 5 starsThe first day I wore the espadrilles after receiving them, the sole of the left shoe fell completely off. I had taken them with me on a weekend getaway, and the only thing I had to wear when they fell apart were my hiking boots. When I returned home, I took them into the shoe repair and it cost $8 to reattach the sole…I hope the other one stays on. I would not purchase again from this seller.

I'm sorry that you experienced this and found me to be responsible. When the shoes arrived to you, they were brand new and never worn (as can be seen by the sole of the shoe as it had zero wear). These are vintage so they are probably 15 years old - but were never worn. I had zero indication that wearing the shoe would create a problem for the user. There was no sign that they were less than perfect when you received them. Truly sorry you had this experience but I sold you shoes that had never before been worn and I can't be responsible for how you wear the product and if something happens with use.
