Hello! My name is Debbie Thyr and my shop is Talks With Colours. Thank you for stopping by. I have a little bit of all sorts of Whimseys. My passion is Halloween, anything creative and different. I will always have new things being added so stop by often and please don't forget to say hello.

Payment
I take PayPal and money orders if you still feel more comfortable with tangible payment methods and the good ol' post office.
Shipping
I will always get your items out with-in 48 hours of the completed sale. Holidays will delay this process, but they will go out the very next day the post office is open. I use FedEx Ground for the heavier items as I've found them to be consistantly less expensive than UPS. If you have a shipping prefrence please contact me. I am very flexible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will always get your items out with-in 48 hours of the completed sale so if you suffer from buyer's remorse, I would let me know as soon as possible because once it hits the post office there is no turning back. I will except returns only if the item isn't as stated. This is especially important with the postcards. Contact me with any questions prior to your purchase and let me know if there may be a reason you would return it if you bought it. I have had to be very diligent with my return policy because a lot of damage has been done to items that were repacked incorrectly when sent back.
