1) Product arrived broken. 2) Product didn't look like advertised. It was way thinner. 3) I got offered a new pair of earrings, but the seller never sent any.

I'm sorry the replacement didn't arrive and that your experience with my work wasn't the best, I'm very ashamed. I refunded the money weeks ago, I didn't hear back from you so I hope you got it. Again, I'm really sorry for the whole inconvenience.

NOT EDIBLE. Please keep miniatures safely from small children and pets!!

Everything is made out of polymer clay, with the occasional metal findings, acrylics or glaze. Everything is new and has never been worn.

I have cats. LOTS of cats. Everything is cleaned and I work with clean hands, but if you are deathly allergic to cats please keep it in mind. The environment is always smoke-free and free of other allergens.

Additional policies and FAQs
Polymer clay is very resistant and it's crafted with great care for maximum sturdiness. Still, please consider that everything is a tiny sculpture and it should be treated with care. Thin pieces can be delicate and they should never be placed under heavy objects, I also recommend avoiding fitting them in thigh jean pockets.

I have a very clumsy sister, but she hasn't managed to break anything so far. I've dropped a few cakes myself without damages. I'm not recommending that you try this, but if the occasional fall happens you don't have to be afraid. With some care, everything should last you many years.

A good rule of thumb is taking care of your polymer clay jewelry as you would care for any other piece of jewelry. They will endure the same.

- I recommend that when not worn, you keep everything in a baggie or a closed box.
- Pieces that are glazed should be kept away from the water.
- After lots of use, the clay can get a little dirty, specially light colors. Clay can be cleaned with some gentle soap and water, sometimes I use an old soft toothbrush. Let it air dry.
- The metal can darken after a while, just clean it with your regular metal cleaner method. I like to use some baking soda.
