All orders sold to Tennessee residents will include a 9.25% sales tax on the invoice.
Shipping
- Unless otherwise noted, TaLula Knits products are made-to-order and knitted or sewn in the order they are received. For SEWN items, the PRODUCTION turnaround time is 10 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends, holidays, and shipping) after receipt of payment. For KNITTED items, the PRODUCTION turnaround time is 20 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends, holidays, and shipping) after receipt of payment.

- "NEED BY" dates left in notes can not be acknowledged unless agreed upon before ordering. I am happy to try and meet any request. However, it has to fit within the current workload and needs to be evaluated before the order is placed.

- Please note that ship day quotes are good for orders placed the day of inquiry ONLY. Every day that you do not order the estimated ship day moves out.

- The standard shipment carrier is USPS – First Class Mail (Domestic and International). First class mail is a 2-5 day delivery service to anywhere in the USA. For international orders, the post office quotes up to 21 days although I have never experienced that long of a delivery time. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. If you require a more expedited delivery, please contact me to discuss. Additional shipment fees may apply.

- Please be advised that TaLula Knits does not control or guarantee the service of any delivery company. Once an order has left my possession, it is solely the responsibility of the carrier to deliver based on their stated delivery time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.

If the product you receive is somehow defective or flawed or it is not as described in the listing, it can be returned UNWORN and in its original packaging for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We will do what we can to make it right. Please contact us before returning for approval.

Returns can not be approved for color matching issues. All items in the shop are handmade. Therefore, we can not offer refunds because you are unhappy with an items color. Feel free to contact us for a swatch of any fabric before ordering.

Custom items are typically non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any customized sizes or orders made with special order fabric. Even in this case, we still want you to be pleased. Therefore, if there is an error on our part in producing these items, we will gladly work with you to correct it.
