Returning items
Returned pieces returned in 'As new' condition.
Reshipping costs are met by the buyer
FREE UK SHIPPING is paid by ourselves however £3 will be deducted from unwanted returns to cover these costs.
The exceptions are;
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Hair and jewellery items which have been worn or tried on cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. Items must be returned in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem the item has been worn and not 'as new' condition.
Faulty items will be repaired,replaced, or exchanged. This is valid for 30 days on receipt. After 30 days this is not classed as a manufacturing fault but as user wear and tear.
