No refund or exchange on stickers however if there is a problem with your order contact me and let's see if we can't working something out.

Returns and exchange details
If an order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product so I can see where I went wrong. I will be happy to refund your money if a product is damaged but I cannot always replace the product as there are a limited number of each product being sold.

Because of COVID-19 orders can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. If your package does not arrive in a reasonable time frame and we both agree it has been lost in the mail your options are:
1. You may choose another product in the shop of an equable value to replace the one that was lost
2. I can refund the purchase

I try to accurately represent my products with original art and photographs so you can see what the product will look like before you purchase it.

I'm a reasonable person so if you email me and explain the situation I will do what I can to make things right!
I accept Paypal only at this time.

If you do not have a Paypal account, don't worry. Paypal will accept credit card or bank account payments via their secure, online interface.
Stickers are placed in plastic baggie and packaged with a stiff index card to help prevent damage during shipping.

5"x7" and 6"x8" canvas board paintings are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a bubble mailer. Canvas board is very sturdy and, at these sizes, is very unlikely to bend in the mail.

Products are sent out via Canada Post. Stickers are not tracked and are mailed out with a stamp but paintings are shipped with a tracking number.

Currently I'm only interested in painting small paintings. However, if you are located locally (Central Alberta, Canada) and would like to commission me to paint something larger for your home or business I may be able to arrange it.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.


I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
