Refund policy.......hmm. Look at it closely before buying it, if you aren't sure of something then ask me, don't get it and then decide you don't like it. It's a faff sending stuff back.

I try to take pictures as true as possible but computer monitors can vary please be aware of that and know that it is out of my control. Let me know within seven working days of receiving your item that you wish to return it and why. Include in the original package your name, address and reason for returning and I will refund you on receipt. I do not refund return postage costs.

Now, receiving damaged goods is another matter. Please take pictures of the parcel and the damaged good along with details of where the parcel was left or how it was when you received it and then drop me a convo and I will do my bestest. MY BESTEST I tell ya to sort it all out. I will refund you and take it up with the couriers but please retain your pics and info about the damage in case I need to backup.

Because glass is fragile I cannnot send my larger or more delicate pieces overseas but if you really love something maybe we can work it out.

What is my payment policy, well, if you like it pay for it, simple really. I only accept paypal, no money transactions, cheques or wire transfers. Please pay within 24 hours failing to do so may mean your item is relisted.

What is my delivery policy. Well, you pay for it, I wrap it up and take it to the post office as soon as I physically can this is often the same day or the next day. I post everything using the cheapest method possible this saves both you and me. If you would like insured/tracked/speedier service I am certainly happy to send it that way if you are happy to pay for it.

I COMBINE SHIPPING so although each item has it's own charge I combine postage and packing and refund the difference after costs


Overseas customers you are responsible for all of your customs charges. Please be aware that shipping from the UK to overseas is a much slower service so allow three weeks for delivery. If you have concerns just contact me and I will do what I can.

I try to keep my prices low and not get all arty farty with it while making enough to cover my costs and buy a bit more 'stuff for glass' My packaging like the glass is recycled so if you don't like masses of scrumpled up newspaper, shabby boxes and partially popped bubble wrap then I'm afraid you might be in for a disappointment.

I can do tissue paper and ribbons and something shimmery but then you just pay for it so whats the point?

If you want it as a pressie for a friend I can wrap it nicely BEFORE I bury it amidst all that recycled stuff and add a nice card as well.

Beads travel FREE with larger pieces of glass art if you purchase the two together, any overpayment of postage will be refunded allowing for my costs.

All purchases are subject to UK purchasing laws, any problems must be resolved through the UK courts.
