Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop and taking a minute to read over my shop policies. Knowing a shop’s policies will assist you in having a pleasant shopping experience here on Etsy; please remember that every shop has its own personal policies. If you have questions about ANY of my policies, please contact me prior to making your purchase as I do stand behind my shop policies.

I believe in quality craftsmanship and doing what I can to lessen my impact on the environment. As I make every item by hand, no two items are identical. I use only high quality jeweler’s grade wire. Beads, charms, chains, and other items incorporated into my jewelry come from many sources including, but not limited to: new, handmade, vintage, recycled, up cycled, and re-purposed. My jewelry is packaged with care in recycled craft brown jewelry boxes tied with a beautiful turquoise Sari silk ribbon (pretty and up cycled—perfect for that special gift) and placed inside a recyclable bubble wrap lined mailing envelope.

Orders originating in California are subject to and will be charged the state mandated 7.75% sales tax.

I currently only accept payment with PayPal. You can use your credit or debit card on PayPal without creating an account. I expect payment at the time of checkout. If I don't receive payment during checkout, I will try to contact you and if I don't receive a response within 24 hours, I will cancel the transaction and re list the item. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; however, I am running a business and you would not walk into a store and take a product home expecting to pay for it another day, so please don’t expect to do that here either.
Shipping
Make sure that your shipping address and PayPal address match. I will ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS unless you make a note indicating a different address in the "Message to Seller" box during checkout.

AFTER RECEIPT OF VALID PAYMENT, I will ship your order within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you have a special shipping requirement or request please contact me ahead of time so we can work out the details and adjust any shipping charges as needed.

LOCAL RESIDENTS: If you reside in either San Jacinto or Hemet, California contact me if you'd like to pick up the product instead of paying for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All international orders are sent First Class Mail International. I obtain a certificate of mailing from the post office when sending out international packages; this provides both you and me with proof and peace of mind in knowing that the package was actually mailed. Shipments usually take 3 weeks to 1 month to arrive but may be longer for some locations. Please allow one full month for delivery.

I try to be environmental friendly and reduce waste. Accordingly, if you order more than one item I will use a single jewelry box for all of your items (provided they fit) unless you specify in the "Message to Seller" box during checkout that you would like them in separate boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE a product you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Initial shipping charge is non-refundable. YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued until I receive the item being returned or exchanged. I recommend you use delivery confirmation or some other package tracking option when returning an item to me (or to anyone else for that matter), as I am not responsible for items that become lost or damaged during transport. All returns will be deposited into the same PayPal account original payment was received from.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF EARRINGS will result in a deduction of $2.00 from your return (or a charge of $2.00 in the case of an exchange) to compensate for the need to replace the ear wires in accordance with health and safety regulations.

AFTER 30 DAYS of purchase has passed I will consider returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. If for some reason after you’ve received your item it gets damaged, I do offer repair services at a minimal charge.

COMMISSIONED and CUSTOMIZED orders can be returned (in accordance with the above policies) if they are in new condition and do not contain a word or phrase that might be difficult to sell. The decision to accept the return or exchange of a commissioned or customized item is at my sole discretion.

INTERNATIONAL packages lost in the mail on its way to a country that does not have package tracking availability will not be replaced and a refund will not be issued. Unfortunately, there are many scams going on in foreign countries and this is a business decision I feel is necessary. I obtain a certificate of mailing from the post office when sending out international packages; this provides both you and me with proof and peace of mind in knowing that the package was actually mailed and I’d be more than happy to provide you with a copy of this certificate upon request. Please take this policy into consideration before making your purchase.

My goal is to have happy customers who adore their pieces as much as I enjoyed making them. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please contact me immediately so that I can make every attempt to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you are interested in an item that has been sold, feel free to contact me about the possibility of commissioning a similar piece. Additionally, if you see something you like, but want to customize it (different color, personalized, etc., such as in the case of my Shabby Chic Bird Necklaces with handwritten words on them) feel free to contact me about the possibility of commissioning such an item. If you are interested in collaborating with me on the design of a new item feel free to contact me to discuss details. All commissions are either accepted or rejected at my sole discretion. Please allow two weeks for the design and making of your commissioned or customized pieces.

GIFTS:
If item is to be a gift and will be sent directly to recipient instead of you, please notate this in the “Message to Seller” box during check out. If you would like a free gift card included with the package, please notate the inscription in the “Message to Seller” box as well.
