Rescuer and repainter of dolls

I have succumbed to the call of the unwanted, unloved dolls.

I discovered rescuing those dolls no one wants anymore and giving them a new lease on life is very rewarding. I frequent thrift shops, garage sales, etc to find those poor dolls. Dolls I typically rescue are Bratz, Barbie, Monsters High, La Dee Dah, etc. I am in no way affiliated with any of the doll manufacturing companies.

Dolls are bathed and cleaned, hair is washed and treated and sometimes given a trim. Factory face paint is removed carefully and new faces are handpainted and then sealed. Most of the doll clothes are handmade. Same goes for the shoes. I also upcycle doll clothes and shoes as appropriate.

Payment
Items are packaged to ship as soon as payment clears.

I accept PayPal, Direct Checkout and VERY well-concealed cash. Please convo me if you want to pay via cash. I'm happy to hold items for a reasonable time period. We can figure that out via convo. I'm pretty easy to work with. :o)
Shipping
I ship via USPS mail. I visit the post office usually once a week on Saturday so keep that in mind when making a purchase. I will make exceptions if needed...convo me and we can discuss it. :o)

Once you have purchased an item you are expected to pay for it. Changing your mind is NOT a valid reason to request a refund. If you would like further clarification on any item, please ask before making your purchase. If there is something that you are not sure of, please ask before making the purchase. I'm more than willing to answer questions about anything in the shop.

I cannot control what the post office will do with packages after they have been shipped. But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact me.

Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within three business days of the parcel arriving.

All returned items must be in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or returns on custom orders. All other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns MUST be shipped with delivery confirmation.

There will be no refunds offered on Sale items.

At no time will I will not 'guarantee' that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees.
