星 5 個のうち 5 個Beautiful!! I gave Tatjana a very rough brief of what I wanted for my wedding, she totally 'got' what I was badly trying to say and has bespoke made me the most stunning wrap ever. The colours are exactly as I wanted, the shipping was super fast and the communications from her were top notch!! I would most certainly use this seller again and can reccommend her to anyone looking for something special!

Items (that are ready to ship) will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment in padded envelopes via air mail for overseas and regular mail to Europe. I always ship registered mail to have a proof of shipping. If signing for a package is complicated to you, I can ship regular mail and you will have to trust me. Contact me for info on cheaper (slower) or faster (more expensive) shipping prices.
I really do try to ship as soon as I can, and often it's just a day after purchase.
Free shipping doesn't apply to extra cost of rush shipping.
You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 days if shipped to Europe; 15-20 days if shipped to US.
I will keep my receipts for shipping no longer than 3 months. 3 months after your item is shipped I will throw the receipt away. If your item didn't arrive on time, please don't wait for it for 3 months. Contact me sooner.
