Welcome to Wayfaring Designs! I have a passion for creating heirloom, sterling silver, artisan pieces! Each piece is carefully hand crafted in my home studio with the help of my hypoallergenic, Siberian kitten companion, Bruiser "Bru Bear" Celia. As a creator, I'm inspired by a plethora of things, from Chopin's piano music to Moroccan architecture. If I can be of help to you in any way, please do not hesitate to send me a "convo"!

Payment
I accept the extremely reliable and easy to use, PAYPAL. I also accept credit cards through the direct checkout process.

Payment should be made promptly. If no payment is received with 24 hours, the sale will be canceled and the item will be relisted on Etsy.

If for some reason you are not able to provide a prompt payment, Please send me a convo so we can work the issue out. I can also reserve an item for 5 days in the shop for your convenience. Again, just shoot me a convo so we can set up an action plan.

Texas residents are subject to a 8.75% tax.
Shipping
All items are sent USPS First Class mail to the address provided on your Etsy invoice. If you need the items shipped to a different address than what is listed on the Etsy invoice, please include a "note to the seller" upon purchase.

A small shipping fee of $3.75 (plus an extra $0.50 for each additional item) is charged for each order and includes Tracking for your convenience. If you would like insurance or a different sort of shipping option, please email or convo me so we can set a price and revise your order.

Likewise, If you need a piece by an earlier date and would like the shipment shipped at a different rate, please Convo me so we can arrange it. Items will ship 3-4 days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Made to Order/Custom/Personalized pieces will take approximately 1-2 weeks for fabrication before they ship.

International shipping may take as long as 2-4 weeks to reach you. International shipping will not have Tracking. Wayfaring Designs is not responsible for any other charges (e.g. customs) that may occur while shipping internationally. If any other International options are wanted by the customer, an order can be revised to reflect these changes and additional fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
I absolutely do not want unhappy and dissatisfied customers, so if for some reason you are not completely happy or satisfied with your order, please send me a message/convo as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation. If no message or conversation has been received after 30 days from the shipment date, the sale will be considered closed and will be final. We accept returns up to 7 days from the day your item is received. Since all items are shipped with USPS Tracking, we will issue you a full refund amount, minus shipping costs. Earrings are subject to $5.00 restocking fee as earring wires cannot be used again due to sanitary precautions. The refunds will be issued back to the customer's paypal account or credit card once the item has been received by me. The customer is responsible for postage fees on returns. If I do not received the item, no refund will be issued.

I am not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance on your shipment, please send me a message so that I can send you a quote on the shipment charge and/or revise your bill.

If you are looking for a piece that I do not have currently in my shop, I would be happy to consult with you on your design to see what we can come up with. Likewise, If you see something in my "Sold" list that is not currently re-listed in my store, please send me a message to see if the piece is able to be re-created.
