I usually ship within three business days, if there will be a delay of any kind, I will message you about it. At this time I have decided not to offer international shipping, please message me if you live in Hawaii or Alaska and I will send you a custom shipping quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to give as much information as possible when I describe my items that are for sale. Please ask as many questions as you can PRIOR to purchasing to make sure that the item is perfectly for you. I go to great lengths to pack items well for their journey to your door. That being said, refunds will no longer be given,too many items being returned after being used or not in the same shape as they were when they were packed for shipping to the customer. All items shipped will have a tracking number and insurance if the item ships priority,it will be up to the buying customer to deal with any problems with shipping(USPS/FedEx,etc.). I will send you the tracking number in a convo if you need it. Tapers-n-petals will not be responsible for an item once it has shipped to you,I will help you with the tracking number, and information, but will not be held responsible in any way.
