Patience, creativity, and the sweetest dog on the planet.

When I was 17 years old, I learned how to tat and then how to dye thread. Originally, my shop was called "TattingitUp" and I sold hand dyed thread, but that wore me down. It's hard to get thread perfect and, being one who takes pride in perfection, I often felt guilty. So, for a long time, my shop was dormant. I needed to discover my craft that I would be proud of. Months and months went by, slowly I figured it out but was still unsure.

7 months ago, I was driving home and saw a sign that read "FREE PUPPIES". I certainly didn't need a dog. I didn't have the money to take care of one, either, but something made me turn around. Warily, I walked up the driveway and saw a black lab that had obviously had puppies recently. She approached me sweetly as a man asked "You here to look at the puppies?" I peered into the little corral and saw about 6 puppies that were clearly pitbull mixes. The father was not present, as they had no idea who he was. Now, my family is very anti-pitbull, as most people are for some awful reason. I knew they wouldn't approve. The man and I spoke for a few minutes, and still, somehow, I ended up with a 2 month old, 15 pound puppy in my arms. I named her Delilah.

There's something that a good, sweet dog does to you. It makes you feel responsible and humble, gracious and loved. There is no better inspiration than to have something brilliant love you so much. Delilah changed everything. She's strong and resilient, yet gentle and kind. Everyone who meets her loves her. Even my once anti-pitbull grandma proclaimed "I'd rather have ten pitbulls than one lab" because Delilah is just *so* good. After I got her, I kicked into gear and now I have so much to show for. Much more than I ever thought I would.

In honor of my lovely Delilah, who will often rest her head in my lap while I work, I have a shop full of things I am more proud of than I ever have been.

Hey there! Welcome to Hey Delilah! You'll find a lot of different kinds of things in my shop, but they all have one thing in common: I made them with my own two hands and lots of love. Things only go into my shop if I'm 100% happy with them. I take pride in my work. I hope you find something you love!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I don't allow refunds unless it is at my own fault that you wish to return the item. I do my absolute best to accurately describe the item, so make sure you read carefully!
I ship tracked at a flat $1.70 in the US for totals under $15. Over that, shipping is free. If you get a few small items that add up to over $15, don't worry, I'll make sure to refund the shipping. After all, I would love for you to come back!

Out of the country, shipping is $3 flat, free at $30.

I ship VERY quickly. Many of my packages get there in two days. Please allow up to a week. Out of the country, it takes much longer, unfortunately.

If you ordered a piece with custom colors, it will take me up to a week to create the piece before shipping, but be more likely only a day delayed.

~Custom Colors~
I LOVE custom pieces. Working with other peoples' colors is just the most fun thing because often times they will come up with colors I wouldn't think of. Any of my ring pieces can be created using different colors. The possibilities are endless. Before purchase, you can inquire about the colors and, if it's do-able, I'll set up a custom listing for you and get on it ASAP.
