ABOUT:
Every piece of jewelry in my shop is thoughtfully composed with care and love, by me. I am a one-woman shop. I hand stamp and laser engrave every item myself, letter by letter. There will always be a slight variation between all the jewelry pieces I create. With the hand-stamped pieces, not all characters will be perfectly aligned and this only adds charm to your handmade creation and makes it a one-of-a-kind treasure.

Handmade Personalized Jewelry

Hey there! My name is Natalie Hill, born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Newton Falls) but in August 2018 I relocated to South Carolina. I am the sole owner/artist behind Tatum Bradley & Company. But, most importantly, I am mama to my beautiful 13-year-old daughter (Tatum) and wife to Mr. Brian Hill. I created TB&Co. to make some extra money back in 2010 and because I just had always loved making and creating things. It was a very slow start, but that gave me lots of time to spend running after my toddler. My first products were jewelry storage displays that I created from antique wooden printing press drawers. It was so fun but I really wanted to add some other items to my shop. So I bought myself a hand stamping kit from a seller on Etsy and added hand stamped cuff bracelets to my line-up. Sales started picking up and it became a full time job. And within the next year it was a VERY full time job! I was so honored to have my creations featured in many blogs and several magazines (Real Simple, Glamour, InStyle, Working Mother, Life:Beautiful Magazine and on Buzzfeed.com.)

I was brought up surrounded by such artistic and creative family members. My Grandma (June Taylor) is a published poet and an amazing quilt maker. She also has kept her hands busy for decades crocheting hundreds of afghans and quilting hundreds of quilts. She is 96 and it still is keeping busy! My Grandpa (Tom Taylor) was a gifted painter. Portraits, landscapes, and many pieces of Amish-life in Northeast Ohio and Western, PA. As a child, I spent Sunday afternoons intently watching him and was taught so many of his painting techniques. My family always encouraged me to do what I loved from a very young age. My dad and mom instilled in me that I could do anything in life. ANYTHING. And, whatever my current obsession was, they always backed me 110%.

Since I taught myself the art of hand stamping bracelets and creating jewelry I have definitely found my calling. It brings me such independence and satisfaction being an Etsy shop owner. My customers are amazing and I love to make them happy....whatever it takes. It's awesome to get repeat customers and have them share so many life moments with me. I am a part of friendships, marriages, births, moving away, new jobs, and even someone's sickness or a loss of a loved one.

I have been truly blessed these few past years that my cup runneth over (Psalms 23:5). I added a laser engraver to my shop in November 2016. I will never give up the art of hand stamping, but I wanted to be able to expand my business and add more items to my Etsy shop that I would have never been able to make otherwise. So, my little business is expanding and I am loving every minute of it. And in the words of my father, Bradley D. Taylor, PRAISE THE LORD! I am so excited to get my art and creations out into the world and, thanks to Etsy, it happens every single day.

» THE MATERIALS I USE:
Jewelers Brass - A brass alloy that has been specially formulated for jewelry and is also known as “red brass". It has a rich warm color. Jewelers Brass contains 85% copper and 15% zinc and no nickel.

German Silver - German silver contains 75% copper,20% nickel and 5% zinc. Also known as Nickel Silver. German silver is harder than pure silver, so it is less susceptible to scratches, abrasions and is corrosion-resistant.

Sterling Silver - Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.

Aluminum - Aluminum is completely hypoallergenic, lightweight but tough. The Aluminum I use does not bend easily like other aluminum cuffs. It can be worn day and night, swimming, showering and working.

CLEANING:
The bracelets made of Brass, Copper, Nugold and Nickel Silver metals will tarnish. Sometimes faster on certain individuals than others. Tarnishing does not mean the bracelet is ruined. You just have to clean it. First, you must wash your item with warm water and a little dish soap. This will remove any dirt and oil buildup on the jewelry. You can use a commercial brass cleaner to keep it bright and shiny, but you may also find natural products to use. Household items like lemon juice and vinegar will remove tarnish. Make a paste with baking soda and lemon juice (or vinegar) and brush gently with a soft toothbrush. Rinse very well with warm water and then dry completely before wearing or storing. Polishing it with a silver/gold jewelry polishing cloth is great to use between cleanings.

Oils and sweat from your skin plus the oxygen in the air are what accelerates tarnishing. If you want to slow the tarnishing process do not wear it in water and while exercising. Keep them away from lotions and perfumes.
