I have always had the simple philosophy of making gifts of heirloom quality, "overbuilt", one might say! I offer a solid guarantee on all my gifts, which is that if any were to break due to normal usage, it will be replaced for free. It gives me peace of mind to recreate integrity in business. I think when a customer deals directly with the maker, it is a lot easier to do this!
Payment is accepted via Direct Checkout ( credit cards), Paypal, personal check, or money order. I need to receive payment before I ship your order.
I will be starting to charge sales tax to California buyers of 7.5 %.
I keep shipping charges as low as possible. I ship orders out within 2 working days. Custom orders take a bit longer, usually one extra day.
If you would like signature confirmation for your order, PLEASE let me know when you place your order. I cannot issue refunds for packages stolen once they are delivered. If a package is determined by U.S.P.S. to be lost in transit, I'll refund your money.
All of my gifts can be upgraded to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express if there's a rush for the holidays. Just email me, I'll only charge you what it actually costs to upgrade.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly replace any item that breaks due to normal usage.
I also will exchange any gifts if necessary, and only charge the cost of shipping involved.
If any item is damaged due to shipping, I will replace it free of charge.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will make custom order Daystars and Crosses. Just email me, and I should have your order made within a few days. You can choose particular color combinations, have always had the sizes of glass spheres, and soon I will have a choice of gem spheres such as rose quartz, amethyst, onyx, etc to make the stars and crosses with.
