It took a while for it to come, and when it did, the packaging came all cramped and crushed, to the point of the snow globe leaking, although there was bubble wrap, the pressure from the box caused the snow globe to leak everywhere. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend, and ultimately, it lead to disappointment. That being said, they were happy to refund the full amount and apologised, so customer service was okay.
