Tech Support Anonymous started the way most good ideas do, somewhere
between a critical incident and a cold coffee.
I spent over a decade working in technical support and operations
for SaaS companies. Escalations, on-call rotations, Zendesk queues
longer than my patience, and more post-mortems than I care to count.
The work was real, the stakes were real, and the absurdity was
absolutely real.
What was harder to find was merch that actually reflected that
world. The stuff out there was either too generic ("I love coffee
and maybe three people") or built around brands and franchises we
don't own.
So I built this shop instead.
Every design here is written and created by someone who's actually
worked in tech support, DevOps, and SaaS operations — not someone
who Googled "IT jokes." If you've ever triaged a P1 at midnight,
explained DNS to a CEO, or closed a ticket with more dignity than
it deserved, this shop was made for you.
Made in the UK. Designed with mild trauma and a lot of affection
for the people who keep the systems running.
