My order was broken in the mail, what do I do?

Please contact us through the Etsy Messages. Provide a picture of the broken item and we will prioritize the processing and shipment of a new item at no cost to you.

What type of wood is used in our ornaments and signs?

Our laser engraved products are mainly cedar and birch. Sometimes we substitute when supply is low or hard to obtain. When we can reclaim lumber, we do, and we mill and finish it to look new.

Why are your Etsy prices more than your Tech Intrigue website

We are truly sorry that this has to happen, but as a seller on Etsy, we are charged a premium. To post a listing on Etsy and make a sale, we incur a 25% hit. So, through our website, www.techintrigue.com, the buyer and seller both benefit!

Custom and personalized orders

A lot of our items can be personalized. This information is typically added in the "Add Personalization" check box before adding the item to your cart. Guaranteed Christmas Delivery?

We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered before Christmas. Check with your local USPS carrier to determine the last day in which a package can be shipped for guaranteed delivery. Each year this changes, so we cannot say precisely. If you pay for priority mail during checkout, your order will typically get delivered faster.

Shipping Times
