All apparel and items in this shop are custom made/made to order. Please take the time to refer to the sizing chart for each item of clothing, or feel free to ask questions about non-clothing items before purchase. We try to be as specific as we can in our recommendations if an item should be ordered up or down in size. **Tshirts, sweaters, and long sleeves are in unisex sizing!**

Returns will ONLY be accepted if a product is misprinted, damaged, or defective in delivery since all items are custom made per order. Returns will not be accepted if the wrong size, color, or style is ordered. If an order fits the requirement to be replaced, a photo of the item will need to be submitted before a new item can be sent out.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. If a coffee mug is received broken in the mail, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All of the above types of claims deemed an error on our part are replaced at our expense. No refunds will be given, only exchanges will be made.

Refunds for lost or stolen orders will not be given, only a reprint of the lost item will be sent.

Please note that it takes 1-2 business days to create products, plus added days for shipping. International orders can take 10-20 days to arrive and may be subject to customs fees associated with international shipping. These fees are the customers' responsibility. We ask you to take this into consideration when ordering, especially during the busy holiday season!

Most of our tees are unisex tees that are a relaxed boyfriend fit. If you get the size you normally wear, it's going to be a loose fit. If you would like it to be more fitted, we recommend you size down. There is also a size chart in each listing that provides measurements! Please note the tank tops are a women's fit. Always look for the size chart or contact us for any help in sizing
