Great mask. The material is so soft and the picture of the guitar is terrific. Etsy masks are very good quality and they stand behind their products. I am definitely satisfied with their quality and good ethics. My son will love this mask. He is in a band and plays the guitar. So, he will be happy to receive such a well made and designed mask. My daughter said it was very cute. I sent it as a gift for her to use in her elementary classroom. It did take a long time to arrive due to the covid postal delays.

Terrible experience with this seller. I ordered a cute giraffe mask for my 6 year old who is having a difficult time wearing a mask. I ordered from this site because it states on her site that the product will be shipped in 3-5 business days. I ordered it on May 26th. When I tracked the order, it stated it would not arrive until June 18th. I messaged Brenda and asked about the discrepancy and asked if the product could be shipped in a more timely manner than 22 days and she responded with a rude answer about how it clearly states on her page it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping and it would be delayed. It does not state that anywhere on her page. The mask did not arrive until June 20th. 25 days for one mask? Seems excessive. And the rude customer service was just the cherry on top. Also, I paid 23$ for that one mask. Buy elsewhere!!!

5* for the mask, well made, came with a fliter although it was oversized on my 20's daughter 3* delays in shipping. The site says 2-3 weeks, at 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything. Etsy estimated I would have it at 3 weeks. I texted them and they said sorry, there's been a delay. One week later, they said it was going out that day. Now they're in TX and it shipped from CA so it might not be their issue, but it sat in pre-shipping for another 8 days before it moved. It took over a month to arrive.
