All orders are made to order, unless otherwise listed in the description of the individual item.

All orders are nonrefundable unless wrong item was sent, October Day
Creations will pay any additional fees for incorrect item shipment.

All clearance items are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled. Address correction fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

If item is broken, you will need to send a picture and message of the broken item.

Orders must be paid for in full before production can being. Turnaround of item(s) starters when payment is made is full.

Premade items: Please allow up to 1 week for shipping

Custom orders: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping. Note: Depending on quantity or size shipping may vary.

U.S Shipping
-We ship USPS. Tracking numbers and insurance are given on all purchases. Unless otherwise listed in item description.

-For faster shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, or any other package upgrades please contact store owner via Etsy Messenger before check out.

-Buyer is responsible for all extra fees.

Return to Sender:
-Additional cost due to incorrect shipping information is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before re shipment of item(s).
Packages refused by customer are nonrefundable
