Announcement   NOTE: These are all hand crafted one of a kind items, crafted one piece at a time... What you see is what you get... Read more for specials.

Special note, beginning today I am hosting a year end clearance sale dropping pricing on every item in my inventory. It's unfortunate, but I will be missing two of my biggest sales dates Saturdays 12/10 and 12/17 due to a combination of weather and being under the weather with a severe respiratory infection. My misfortune is your good fortune.
A secondary special on my bottle stoppers... I have 2 styles, one with stainless steel inserts and one with silicone inserts. The stainless steels are priced at $30 each or if you buy 2 stainless steels, priced 2 for $55.
The silicone stoppers are $20 each or 2 for $35 or 3 for $40. You will have to check out as normal and I will manually refund the difference.

I ship exclusively via USPS priority mail within continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska and the territories of Guam and Puerto Rico - minimum shipping rate is US$7.00 (for larger items the rate is US$12.50) for 3-5 days delivery..... If you need an item sooner, contact me... I have a provision for an upgrade to Express mail for an additional fee.

International buyers should contact me for an exact shipping quote. All charges for customs, taxes and/or vat in country of destination are for the account of the buyer.

This bowl is beautiful, and with special care to keep it from getting scratched or drying out, Chris said that I could eat out of it. I must say that the bowl itself seems to make my daily salad all the more delicious, and I feel like a queen eating from it.

Bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband. The mechanism is a little rough at first, but the item arrived more beautiful than I expected. I love that it is one of a kind, and that the piece is crafted to bring out the beauty of the wood, we couldn't stop looking at it. Thanks TT, it's perfect!

About

Turning in the Cherokee National Forest

I started turning while still working at my former career as an international shipping manager for one of the larger export packing firms in Houston. Turning wood was a way to relax after a day of dealing with shippers, and the rigors of dealing with governmental agencies, shipping carriers and regulations.

I started turning in a 9x10 ft. garden shed in the back yard, but when I retired to TN, I purchased and set up a much larger 12x24 ft shed that would hold all of my tools.

I collect local hardwoods from fallen trees in and around my area - no living trees are cut solely for the purpose of my wood turnings. I also pick up various imported and exotic woods from time to time to turn.
