All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of international orders, as some packages can be held up in customs in the destination country. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Temporary Elation cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which the customer is responsible for upon receipt, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Customers are also liable for any quotas, permits, products restrictions and other local requirements. We recommend you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges
Temporary Elation offers a full credit of the purchase price or an exchange on any item which is found to be faulty or defective, within 7 days of the date of invoice (Australia) and within 30 days for overseas orders.) Please return the item unwashed and unworn in its original packaging along with your receipt. Postage for returns is funded by you.

Please place the goods you are returning with your original receipt in a securely sealed shipping container. We recommend you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please private message for a return parcel shipping address.

For International customers: please mark returned packages as ‘Returned Items’. We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Please measure yourself accurately and feel free to ask any questions you may have about the fitting of the item before you order.
