The seller kindly positioned the puzzle to show my Dad's birthday day and date which was really nice as an extra touch. 5 out of 5 starsThese tickets are great for a birthday surprise. We had a slight issue with the post. I'd been a tad over optimistic with delivery and as per our postal service, it turned up late. I messaged Paul as they were for my daughters birthday and he helped me out massively and saved the day. The tickets did arrive eventually and they're really great quality. My daughter was so surprised and they're looking great on her merch wall. Customer service and communication are amazing with this company. Would use again and recommend. Just make sure you read what's clearly written! Lol.

We offer a full refund or replacement if an item is over 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International). Please be aware that we personalise each item and cannot be held accountable for courier-related delays. During Christmas and courier strikes, delivery times may be considerably longer. Custom and personalised orders at Tender Tree:
Minor alterations, such as modifying the wording or adding a pawprint or heart, are free of charge. For more extensive customisations necessitating multiple proof images and changes, a fee may be applicable. Please get in touch with us for a quote – we're approachable and reasonable!

International orders - refunds and replacements
