Announcement    Fiber Farm is a tribute to the days of hand crafted artisan goods.
Each piece in the shop is hand made one at a time from locally sourced + sustainable resources.

I live and work on a lovely piece of land with a small homestead and humble alpaca farm; their fiber plays the main role for many of my creations.

The dyes utilized are from the earth; most are harvested right here on the farm.

I'm slowing things down a bit; paying homage to a time when things were made to last. Quality vs. Quantity.

I offer workshops on various textile related subjects (weaving, natural dyeing, slow stitching, etc) and offer Farm Tours for groups of all sizes. If you need a relaxing weekend retreat, I also offer up the front half of my farmhouse on AirBnb.

Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit more about what all is happening at the farm.
All are welcome here.

About TennesseeFiberFarm

Sales 485
On Etsy since 2013

Textile goods with a focus on the creative process

My goal is to create handmade pieces that pay tribute to traditional artisan practices; which brings about a more enriched connection with the process as well as the finished product.

I share my cozy Tennessee homestead with with eight wonderful alpacas, three sheep, two donkeys, a couple cats and an incredible rescue dog named Freddie Krueger. All creations are made right here on the farm.

My alpacas provide much of the fiber I use to spin, dye, weave, and sew into one of a kind pieces of functional art.

My goal for this farm is to be a gathering spot for folks young and old to come and see a variety of animals first-hand and a glimpse into living on a working farm. A place for people to meet, share ideas, good food, and lasting memories. A place to spark ideas and make things happen.

I believe that we are here to make a difference. I believe that it is important to see where our clothes come from, and to provide a glimpse into the world of farming, hard work, and living in harmony with Mother Nature.

Additional policies and FAQs
I am fortunate enough to live on a working farm with 15 animals. Sometimes this farm has unexpected occurrences that take all my attention.

If I do not respond to your email for a day or two, please do not be alarmed... I am probably just out back trimming toenails or mending a broken fence. I so much appreciate your support of my small business, and will be in touch as soon as the chores are done.
