Gift wrapping and packaging
Your purchase will be carefully packed in clean, safe PRE-USED boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Let us be kind to Earth. Thank you for your understanding.
Combined Shipping
When you purchase more than 1 item I will, if possible, ship your order in one box. Etsy adjusts the shipping fee, so that you will not be overcharged. However, if I notice any discrepancy I will refund your savings.
Damaged Item
If your purchase arrives damaged, please save all the original packaging as well as the damaged item and EMAIL THE PHOTOS TO ME. You will receive a replacement item (of the same price) or a refund (of the item and the shipping cost). It will be up to your choice.

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 1 week of your purchase and return the item within 2 weeks of delivery. Customer satisfaction is one of my highest priorities. If the item is returned to me in it's original condition, I will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping costs.
