I only post 1 of each item - "1 in stock" only means 1 in the etsy store at a time, this is especially true for the limited edition prints. For example in the limited edition of 25, I will list only one, but there may still be prints available of that edition. - if you have a question about getting more than number listed please contact me - also if you are interested in an item that is listed as "sold out" please ask me, I may have another, or can print one up just for you

Payment
Payment must be received through Paypal, in full before orders are shipped. I will accept a personal check, however it has to clear the bank before shipping. For personal checks, please mail to: Teresa Villegas, TVFA, Inc. 3135 E. Palo Verde Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85016. I accept payment by Paypal. If you have not paid for items within 24 hours, I will assume that you have changed your mind about your purchase (it's OK, I know things can change), and will return the items to my shop inventory.
Shipping
I love my work and package it with a lot of care. I promise that it will arrive to you in the best of conditions. Small works will be shipped flat, larger prints will be shipped rolled in a tube. I am now offering free shipping (U.S. only) and each piece is insured for the value of the print.

All prints are packaged for shipping in sturdy, custom built cardboard packaging and are insured for the value of your order. TVFA, Inc. will not be held accountable for any damage to prints that may occur during shipment or orders lost in the mail. I trust the USPS & Fedex to safely and efficiently deliver your order in great condition and on schedule. When shipped, your package will be insured for the full cost of your purchase, so in event that the unlikely occurs you will be able to claim full reimbursement for your order. A shipping confirmation e-mail including your order's tracking number will be sent to you when your package has been received by USPS or Fedex for shipment.

Packages shipped within the United States usually take 7-10 days to arrive at their destination from the date the order is placed. All shipments are insured for the value of your order.

I am unable to replace any prints damaged during shipment with new copies. If an unfortunate event happens that your prints are damaged during shipment, please contact USPS immediately to start the process of filing an insurance claim. Since I pay for the shipping and insurance in full, you will be able to claim full reimbursement.

Please don't hesitate to CONTACT me if you have special delivery needs. I will happily cater to you. Bear in mind that additional charges may apply to orders requiring special delivery or rush delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please remember, that even though these prints are made on heavy rag paper, they are somewhat fragile, and prone to dings in the paper, that can occur with simple handling, and therefore may render the print “damaged and un-sellable”. I want you to be happy in love with your purchase, and you may return an item, but I will not do exchanges. Returns must be mailed back within three days of when it arrives to the Buyer. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the piece of artwork upon receipt of return. Return must be in original condition to receive refund. If the item is damaged at all, no refund will be granted. Shipping price will not be included in the refund.

All purchases are final unless your order is damaged in transit, I do allow exchanges with prior approval. (see shipping info for protection en route to you as damages do happen). Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will evaluate per situation - I want you to love what you ordered.

If you get an incorrect order you must tell me within 3 days of receipt so I can correct the situation. After 3 days it is considered a final sale.
