I only post 1 of each item - "1 in stock" only means 1 in the etsy store at a time, this is especially true for the limited edition prints. For example in the limited edition of 25, I will list only one, but there may still be prints available of that edition. - if you have a question about getting more than number listed please contact me - also if you are interested in an item that is listed as "sold out" please ask me, I may have another, or can print one up just for you

All prints are packaged for shipping in sturdy, custom built cardboard packaging and are insured for the value of your order. TVFA, Inc. will not be held accountable for any damage to prints that may occur during shipment or orders lost in the mail. I trust the USPS & Fedex to safely and efficiently deliver your order in great condition and on schedule. When shipped, your package will be insured for the full cost of your purchase, so in event that the unlikely occurs you will be able to claim full reimbursement for your order. A shipping confirmation e-mail including your order's tracking number will be sent to you when your package has been received by USPS or Fedex for shipment.
Packages shipped within the United States usually take 7-10 days to arrive at their destination from the date the order is placed. All shipments are insured for the value of your order.
I am unable to replace any prints damaged during shipment with new copies. If an unfortunate event happens that your prints are damaged during shipment, please contact USPS immediately to start the process of filing an insurance claim. Since I pay for the shipping and insurance in full, you will be able to claim full reimbursement.
Please don't hesitate to CONTACT me if you have special delivery needs. I will happily cater to you. Bear in mind that additional charges may apply to orders requiring special delivery or rush delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
All purchases are final unless your order is damaged in transit, I do allow exchanges with prior approval. (see shipping info for protection en route to you as damages do happen). Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will evaluate per situation - I want you to love what you ordered.
If you get an incorrect order you must tell me within 3 days of receipt so I can correct the situation. After 3 days it is considered a final sale.
