Hi and welcome to my little corner of the World. This shop is a culmination of my talents. I love to do ceramics and I hope it show in the quality of my pieces. Working on the details is the most intoxicating part of the process to me.

Immediate payment is due after purchase.

If payment is not submitted within 3 days (though it is due immediately after placing the order) the transaction will be canceled.
I accept Pay-pal, money order and in United States orders by check with proper id. (Orders will be shipped after check clears.) I must receive payment within 7 business days unless other arrangements have been made.
You don't have a Paypal account?
You can still use your CREDIT CARD to pay for your order in two simple steps:
1) Click on the green "pay with Paypal" button at the end of your etsy checkout (you will be redirected to Paypal's site for payment)
2) Choose the "use your credit card" option that will be on the left side of the Paypal screen.
Sellers will NEVER see your credit card information when you use Paypal.
I ship using the US Postal Service. I ship as soon as possible after payment has been received. Always within 2-3 days. If you would like insurance or expedited shipping please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.
I will be sure to pack your item with great care so that it arrives to you safely, however, if you do not choose to insure your item I cannot be responsible for the condition when it arrives at your door.
I do use recycled packaging as I have a wonderful friend that supplies me with an abundance of bubble wrap and boxes that others throw out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unless you choose to insure your item it will not be covered due to loss or damage.

Refunds/exchanges will be negotiated on a case by case basis. You must contact me within 1 week of receipt to discuss a return/exchange. You are responsible for shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
