Handmade Accessories:
- Moisten, rub a dime-sized drop of dish-washing liquid across the surface, rinse with lukewarm water, and gently pat dry with a clean soft cloth. Dry completely then store preferably in an air-tight container.

Textile Items:
- A size chart is available on the listing photos.

Shirt sleeves and tank tops will not be rolled up or tied.
The photo may depict one way to wear or use the item.
The props used in the display photos are not included in the purchase.

Do not use bleach.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.
Machine wash in warm water from the inside out, with like colors.
Allow to dry flat or tumble dry low.
Iron from the inside out.
Never iron on the design directly.

Orders will be processed after payment has cleared.
Unpaid orders will be reserved, for a maximum of 24 hours only.
If payment is not made within 24 hours, the item(s) will return to the shop where it can be freely purchased by any customer.

Custom Orders:

I will begin creating your Custom orders, upon reception of the full payment.
The delivery time will be according to the nature of the work and workload, at the time of purchase.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Creating quality artwork is my main priority; each handmade piece is polished to a shiny, durable, glass-like finish.

Please note: given the nature of the epoxy resin, a few bubbles are sometimes unavoidable.

Because handcrafted items require specific care, most of my designs are intended for adults and adolescents, they are not recommended for small children. Items or products may contain small elements that could be a choking hazard.

The pinch bail is applied by firmly squeezing it with pliers; no movement-restricting glue is used. The pinch bail will support the weight of your pendants throughout their lifetime. Avoid forcefully tugging, prying open with tools or fingers.

2- After you've decided on your design, click on the listing and select your options from the drop-down menus e.g., Design, Style, color, etc...

3- Fill in the personalization box (If required).

4- Once all of the information has been entered, click the add to cart button.

NOTE: If you need to order more items, go back and repeat steps 1-4.

6- Once all of your items are in your cart, choose your preferred shipping method and click the submit button.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping time is calculated after processing time.

Refunds will not be issued if a package is not delivered by the estimated delivery date.

Upgraded shipping options at checkout have no effect on processing time.

If you require something by a specific date, please contact me before making a purchase.

Please expect orders to take full processing time before shipping during the holiday season.

In the rare event that your package is lost/damaged due to shipping please contact me immediately and if possible send photos of the damaged packaging/item to help in filing a shipping claim.

• Items will ship to the address on Etsy, please ensure that the shipping address is correct & complete at checkout.
• Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Your package will be shipped “CERTIFIED” by the local postal service, with tracking.
• If you require express shipping please contact me before completing your purchase.
• Tracking information could take 2 or more business days, from the shipping date to appear or be updated by the carrier.
• International customers: please allow no less than 5 to 60 business days, to receive your package, for all shipping methods.
• Every package goes through customs which can sometimes delay the process.
• Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

• You are responsible for the reception of your package. A notice will be left by the Post Office if there is no one to receive it. If the package is not claimed by the time stated on the notice it will be returned to sender and may incur additional fees.

• Insurance and priority mail are optional charges. If you would like to add these security measures, please inform me prior to completing your purchase. Delivery confirmation might not be available for all locations.

• International customers are highly encouraged to request shipping with optional insurance coverage. Please check with your local postal authorities concerning customs regulations and fees prior to completing your purchase, related fees are not included at checkout.

Contact me within 7 business days of reception if you are unhappy with your order or your item is damaged.

Refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date.

Fees may apply if items are returned used, damaged, with missing materials or components. Include all materials, original packaging, & sales receipts in the return envelope.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

Gift purchases may be returned for store credit only.

Personalized or Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Payments will be refunded upon receipt & inspection of the returned goods & may take 3-5 business days to process.

If your package is being returned to sender due to:
⦁ Unclaimed/Incomplete/Insufficient/illegible/inaccessible Address,
⦁ Addressee unknown at marked address.
⦁ Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs,
⦁ Denied Due to Customs Charges, etc...

In the case of address issues: the package will be re-sent to the correct address and may incur additional shipping fees. Not applicable for a refund.

In the case of customs issues: undamaged and resalable condition items may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost may be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

I cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.
