Payment
Paypal and Credit Cards are easiest for us. We take US checks for orders under $20.
Shipping
I try to ship orders as quickly as possible. In each listing, you will find information about how quickly that item will be placed in the mail for shipping. Generally, this is within 3 business days. If you need immediate shipping, or a faster shipping method, contact me. I try to watch my shop closely, though I am often working outdoors during the growing season.

For custom orders, and listings that allow customer choice of items, I will email you to let you know the time frame for your order (if it will be longer than 24 hours). Even with custom orders, I aim to be quick.

My shipping costs generally include postage and packaging. I do not bury packaging costs in the price of items because that practice can make combined orders cost more than necessary (since they generally require less packaging).

It is a quirk of Etsy that customers cannot adjust their shipping cost based on their zipcode or weight of combined items. This can sometimes cause customers to be overcharged for shipping. If this happens with your order, I will refund you for any shipping charges that exceed my actual shipping costs by more than $1. I believe postage and packaging should be "at true cost", and not a source of hidden income for sellers.

I am picky about packaging and work hard to find a creative balance between being eco-friendly and ensuring that customers are never disappointed by a damaged or poorly packaged product. I would want to know if an item was damaged during shipping so I could work out a solution with a customer.

Generally, we ship only in the US because the import/export restrictions on agricultural products are very challenging. If you are outside the US, you can contact me to inquire if a specific item can be shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you feel comfortable with any transaction with me. I am very quick to communicate, so just contact me if you have any questions about anything we sell or do. If you change your mind about a purchase, or have a concern, and want a refund, just let me know.

I am a very straightforward, honest person who genuinely likes working with people. I am also a super-busy, working, farming, multi-tasking mom.
