Accepted payment methods

We only accept payments through PayPal.

***Fear not Credit or Debit card users! You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.***

Payment for an item must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. **Payment deadline for custom orders differs from normal purchases. Please scroll down to Additional Information section below!** Please remember that we have to pay re-listing fees, so be serious about your purchase! If you encounter any technical problems with making a payment, please feel free to contact us with questions.
Items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your much anticipated purchase arrives intact. Our items are primarily shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We ship promptly, within 1-2 business days of receiving payment on the item. Your package should arrive in 4-5 business days.

If you wish to upgrade to rush/expedited shipping, please contact us and we will give you an adjusted shipping cost.

We will automatically ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. We will gladly ship to a different address, as long as you notify us to do so.

Sorry, at this time we are not able to provide tracking or confirmation service for shipping.

Items containing organic materials (i.e. flowers, leaves) will not be available for international purchases, in order to comply with international customs regulations.

**For multiple item orders: the item with the more expensive shipping cost will become the base shipping fee for your purchase. All additional items (of lower shipping cost) will take on the shipping rate listed under "With Another Item." These rates will be added together to become your final shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your concerns. We want you to be completely in love with your purchase!

If you decide you want to return the item, please do so within 7 business days of receiving it. We will not accept returns/exchanges after 7 business days. TerraCasa will refund your payment (NOT including the initial cost of shipping) upon obtaining the returned item. You, the buyer, will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

We understand that some items may become damaged during the shipping process, and in these instances we will gladly provide the above mentioned refund. However, in the event that the item is damaged post-delivery (i.e. coffee spillage, my dog ate it) , we will NOT honor the aforementioned refund policy.
Additional policies and FAQs
We can make many of our items in a variety of colors and fabrics! If you wish to have an order customized, please message us through the "Request Custom Item" link on the left hand side of the shop policy page.

For custom orders, we will send pictures throughout the creative process to ensure that you will approve of the final product. A picture of the final item will be sent to you before it is officially listed and available for you to purchase.

Your custom order will be listed as "RESERVED" followed by your Etsy account name. Payment for your custom order is expected within 72 hours of its listing. If payment is not received within the 72 hour period, your "RESERVED" status will be removed, and the item will be made available to the public.
