We accept custom orders for photo print sizes other than the ones we have listed! Please send us a message if you need a specific size or print type that we don't have listed! Generally, we ship very fast, but certain products, like custom orders and larger print sizes can sometimes take a little bit longer to ship & arrive. Please be patient with us! Thank you! Currently, any framed print ordered from us will come in a black frame. If you want a different color frame please submit a custom order request!
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problem with your order or it arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
