Announcement   Our designs are wholly designed and produced IN HOUSE. This means that we are involved, 100%, from the making to the shipping the ring, and can account for any errors and delays during production. We do not sketch a design and then become wholly and solely reliant on the expertise of an Etsy approved manufacturer for production, finishing and setting and, most likely, at their own time and pace, as they would be providing their service to more than one designer at any one time. We do everything in house, up to the point where we hand the package over to the staff at the post office in Singapore to ship to you.

Pablo Picasso said it best "I begin with an idea and then it becomes something else".

When I was a tiny kid in school, barely nine, I was taught the traditional art of copper tooling. In my teens, I had a choice between Home Economics or Woodworking & Metalsmithing. I chose the latter and thoroughly enjoyed the two years of learning the basics of making furniture from different kinds of wood blocks, forging hinges and parts from cold iron sheets, soldering.

Fast forward into the future, TerraStratum began with an idea to make beaded jewelry which quickly evolved into something more familiar .. smithing .. the result of which are beautiful pieces of jewelry that is lightweight and resilient, created using traditional silversmithing techniques and modern 3D printing.

Customers love to wear our rings during nights out on the town, special event occasions, or to work. The exquisite, subtle glimmer of diamonds and the pop of colour from high quality gemstones encapsulates the idea of bringing quality for jewelry to be worn everyday.

I do not use synthetics (including lab created) or simulants (eg glass / crystal) in my store. If the listing is silent, please assume that the gemstone used is treated according to standard industry accepted treatments.

All photographs have been enlarged for clarity. Please refer to the individual listings for their respective gemstone sizes.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
1. All made to order items ie. custom orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

2. If it is a question of sizing, we are happy to resize it for you free of charge provided that you ship it back to me at your own expense and pay the equivalent shipping & handling charges for return postage.

3. For unclaimed / rejected / packages marked "addressee not known" or its equivalents, for reshipments, please note that you will have to pay for the shipping costs again.
3.1 Items will be held until shipping costs are paid.
3.2 If you do not wish to pay for shipping again, you will be refunded sans the shipping costs PLUS a 20% restocking fee.

4. If there is a mistake in the order, please inform me immediately upon receipt at most within two days from the day it is received.
4.1 Please note that difference in a color shade is NOT a mistake as monitors sometimes are calibrated differently.
4.2 Please include a clear photo for reference.
4.3 Items have to be received by us for refunds to be processed. We are unable to process refunds if we do not receive the returns.

5. Refunds will be processed once the item is examined and found to be in the same condition as it was sent.
1. We use Etsy Checkout only. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is suspect.

2. Taxes : Etsy may collect sales taxes on behalf of your home state and that will be reflected on your item total. Please note that buyers may be charged import duties, which is different from sales tax. If in doubt, please check with your customs department.

3. All orders are held for one day pending cancellations, or changes by the buyer. Please make any cancellations or changes within 24 hours of payment.

Shipment :
1. Singapore : I use AM Mail - door to door. (delivery : within 2 business days)

2. International :
Registered airmail : not trackable online. Delivery - between 14-21 business days but may take in excess of 60 days depending on your postal service.
Please choose the express option if you would like full tracking. We use TNT Express (delivery : up to 10 business days - trackable online)

Sizing details

All rings are quoted in US sizing and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct sizing. I do not provide consultation, nor will I answer any question regarding how to determine ring sizes as I am not there in person.

To determine your ring size, you can either purchase a ring sizer from my store, or go to the nearest jeweller or a department store with jewelry section to get your ring size determined.

Custom and personalized orders

If you are requesting for feature or design that is not available in the listing itself, please send me a convo first.

To avoid disappointment, please do not make a purchase without sending me a convo and then leave instructions under Message to Seller. Such orders will be cancelled without further notice.

Production Time & Rush Orders & Time Specific Orders

All jewelry in this store is made to order.

I want to make something as perfect as I can before sending it out to you. As a result, please allow for about 3 weeks from the date of order to make it.

If it is a rush order, please convo me first before purchase. Instructions for a rush order under "Message to Seller", without sending me a convo to check if it can be done, will result in your order being cancelled.

If this is a time specific order (eg : I will need this in X days or I need to have this by mm/dd/yy), please convo me before purchase. Orders placed without a prior convo with instructions under Message to Seller will be cancelled.

If feedback is unjustifiably left because you fail to inform me, you shall be reported.

Shipping / Delivery Times | Gift Wrapping Requests

Singapore Orders : Orders will be shipped using SpeedPost Courier.

International Orders : For solid gold items, I ship using TNT Express. Delivery can take up to two weeks, depending on your location and custom delays.
Sterling silver items will be shipped using registered airmail with signature receipt, delivery can take between 14 to over 60 business days depending on YOUR COUNTRY'S POSTAL SYSTEM (eg if you are in the US, it will be delivered by USPS) Please see shop policies for full details.

All orders are shipped from Singapore.

All orders are gift wrapped.

Reserve Listings & Layaway Plans

Reserve listings for items will be held for 7 days - after that it will be removed if the transaction does not proceed, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service on future orders / requests.

Layaway plans may be available and are generally split into three monthly instalments.

Please contact me via convo if you would like proceed with a layaway.

As soon as the last instalment is paid, your order will be shipped.

Please note that all payments for layaway are NON-REFUNDABLE.



Made to order items are not exchangeable.

If you wish to return an item, please request for a RMA number and send it back to the address included with the RMA response at your own expense. In addition, please note that there is a non refundable 35% restocking fee. Initial shipping costs are not refundable as well.

If I have shipped you a wrong item (SNAD or "Subject not as described"), please contact me within 1 day with a clear picture. Differences in shade is not a wrong item.

Refunds for SNAD and RMA returns will be given only when the item is returned. If you do not want to return the item, you will not receive your refund. Under no circumstances shall the final refund value exceed the initial payment received.
