Terrific Templates is a graphic design digital resource business specializing in templates for crafters and small craft businesses. Design your own digital or printable creations using pre-made ready-to-use templates, saving you both time and effort.
The templates are easy to use, versatile in scope and accessible across a wide range of design software options. They've been created with the novice and pro in mind for a broad range of design projects.
As a veteran seller on Etsy (10 years and counting!) I have been creating digital resources for over 15 years. Terrific Templates is my third Etsy shop as I also sell my original clipart designs through shops Lovelytocu and My Friendly Flamingo.

What are the terms of use for your templates?
ALL items sold at Terrific Templates can be used in an unlimited capacity for designing your own products or files, either for personal use or commercial use including making digital items to sell yourself.
You may not, however; re-sell, share or otherwise distribute the templates "as purchased".
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. This is a "No Exception" policy.
Items purchased by accident will be offered a credit note for my shop within 7 days notice of the incorrect purchase. Credit notes will have a 30 day expiry.
If you are struggling with something, do contact me for support as I am happy to help troubleshoot problems if you are willing to work through the problem together.
While it is a very rare occasion, zip files can become corrupted during download. There is no blame to place in this circumstance as it is simply a limitation of technology. If you feel you have a faulty zip folder please let me know right away and a replacement file will be sent via email.
Can you email me the files without them being zipped?
Unfortunately, no, this is not a service I offer. All products in my store will be delivered in a zipped format via instant download and users are required to understand how to manage that process on their device.

Do you provide tutorials?
Unless otherwise specified in the listing description, my products do not come with instructions.
Given the vast array of software options available to design with and the numerous design projects each file can be used for, it is simply not possible to provide specific tutorials for the needs of all users.
Tutorials for all software programs abound online so you should not have trouble finding answers for specific actions in your program of choice.
I recommend googling for tips on very specific task actions rather than just project tutorials. For example, instead of only searching for a tutorial on "how to design a cupcake wrapper in MS Publisher", you might also search for "how to change shape colors in MS Publisher".
What software program do I need to edit the templates?
This will depend largely on the file type, all of my templates come in a variety of file choices, depending on your design needs.
For PNG files, you can use any image editing software, while PSD files are Photoshop specific.
The following software options are all free and have varying degrees on ease of use; Pixlr, PicMonkey, Gimp, Photopea, and Paint.NET.
You can also use programs like Photoshop Elements, Corel, MS Publisher and even MS Powerpoint.

Can I edit these on a phone or tablet?
It depends. Typically, apps are really only mini software programs and often have limited functionality and/or unknown compatibility issues.
I do not offer support for nor can I currently recommend any particular mobile device app for editing my templates.
Choosing this route is up to the user and all resulting issues are the responsibility of the user.
